Emperor He of Han
Fourth emperor of the Eastern Han (reigned 88–106), enthroned at the age of nine; in 92 he removed the brothers of Empress Dowager Dou from power with the help of the eunuch Zheng Zhong. Cai Lun presented his papermaking method to him in 105.
