Person
Indravarman I
Khmer king (877–889) at Hariharalaya (Roluos), apparently not related to his two predecessors, who resumed the tradition of royal inscriptions. He dug the great reservoir of the Indratataka, dedicated the six towers of Preah Ko to his parents, his maternal grandparents and Jayavarman II, and built the Bakong, the first great temple-mountain of stone; he received the posthumous name Ishvaraloka.
