Sima Rui
Prince of Langya and great-grandson of Sima Yi, who from 307 governed the lands south of the Yangtze from Jianye (Jiankang). After the fall of the Western Jin he took the title King of Jin in 317 and was proclaimed emperor in 318, founding the Eastern Jin; he reigned as Emperor Yuan until his death in 323.
