Emperor Ling of Han
Emperor of the Eastern Han (reigned 168–189), enthroned at the age of twelve; under him the eunuchs dominated the court, the partisans were purged again in 169, official posts were sold, and in 184 the Yellow Turban Rebellion broke out.
