Kidarites
Dynasty of the Huna peoples named after its ruler Kidara. From the 360s Huna kings ruled Bactria in place of the Kushano-Sasanians, and around 390–410 their power extended into north-western India; Kidara himself is dated to about 390 by coins or to the 420s–430s by Chinese and Byzantine texts. In the 5th century the dynasty was pushed out by the Sasanians and the Hephthalites.
