King of Mataram (929–947/948), with the regnal name Sri Ishana Vikramadharmottungadeva, who had been a high dignitary under King Tulodong and the highest under Wawa. With his accession the court moved for good from Central Java to the Brantas valley in East Java; later East Javanese kings regarded him as the founder of their power, and his line is known as the Ishana dynasty.
