Yujiulü Shelun
Rouran leader who led his people north across the Gobi, subdued the Gaoche and in 402 took the title of khagan (Qiudoufa khagan), organising his army in units of a thousand and a hundred men; he raided the Northern Wei and died in 410 while retreating before Emperor Mingyuan.
