Iftikhar al-Dawla
Fatimid governor of Jerusalem during the crusader siege of 1099, an Egyptian according to Bar Hebraeus. He expelled the city's Christians before the siege, surrendered the Tower of David to Raymond of Toulouse on 15 July 1099 and was escorted with his guard to Ascalon, where he is later mentioned as governor.
