Toramana

King of the Alchon Huns (c. 495–515) who took the Indian title of king of kings. From the Punjab he invaded the Gupta lands, conquering Malwa as far as Eran and pushing into Gujarat, until the Aulikara king Prakashadharman of Dashapura defeated him in 515; he was succeeded by his son Mihirakula.
