Khagan of the Rouran from 414 with the title Mouhanheshenggai (“the Victorious”). He raided the Northern Wei and in 424 surrounded Emperor Taiwu at Yunzhong, but was routed by Taiwu’s great campaign of 429 and died of illness the same year.
